Japan:

Japan's ruling party, the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ), has unveiled a proposal for a 4.8 trillion yen ($57.9 billion) stimulus plan to boost its economy

China:

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao is urging European political and business leaders at the China-EU Business Summit in Brussels not to join with other nations in pressuring China to allow the yuan to appreciate, saying that the world would not benefit from the yuan appreciating by 20-40 percent, as requested by the United States, because it would slow down the Chinese economy and damage global growth.

South Korea: 

US Assistant Secretary of State Kurt Campbell arrives, meets Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Jae-shin, chief nuclear envoy Wi Sung-lac, other officials, discusses denuclearisation of North Korea

Vietnam:

Pakistan:

Pakistan:

Anne Patterson, the U.S. ambassador to Pakistan, has apologized for a recent helicopter attack that killed Pakistani soldiers near the Afghan border, but made no mention of the Pakistan civilians regularly caught up in un-manned drone attacks.

Afghanistan:

The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan will use an alternate supply route from Russia and Central Asia to bypass the main supply routes through Pakistan. (NB The alternate route will carry supplies from Riga, Latvia, through Russia, around the Caspian Sea, through Kazakhstan and south through Uzbekistan.)
